randomness

I always check up on my blog buddies when I come in on Monday. Thanks to Meredith and Bianca's most recent, I have wasted the majority of my working morning so far!

This morning I "yearbooked" myself and Jay...

Here is Jay in 1952

And me in 1964.....I sort of like the glasses.
Here we both are in 1976. Jay could actually grow his hair out like this if he wanted to. But I wouldn't let him.
Yearbooking is addictive. I've always felt misplaced in my generation. Cell phones are nice, but I think I would have really enjoyed the 60's. Just for those groovy glasses alone.

Bianca's recent post led me to visit www.electoralcompass.com. I answered a few pages of questions regarding where I stand on certain issues and how I feel about certain political figures. I ended up being categorized as "social liberalism - progressive"......no surprise there. Fun survey to take, just makes me grieve for Hillary. I won't get into politics, b/c I honestly do NOT keep up with it as much as I should. I know who and what I support, but paying too close attention to it drives me up the wall.

Now I think I'm headed to Chili's for lunch. Very productive day for me. :)

Hope you are enjoying your first Tuesday of being a SAHM!
