Back in the day......Freshman Year ACU 1997
{Crystal was always tan which made me look like a ghost. And I still make fun of her Barbie Doll Pink lipstick. She can pull it off though. Seriously, her lipstick colors in college consisted of fuschia, poppy, and garnet}
In 2003 at Allison's wedding in Lubbock.
At Crystal & Brett's Wedding in 2004. They met at Mine & Jay's wedding in February 2003 and got married almost a year later. Her husband, Brett, was Jay's roommate in college at ACU, but he and Crystal never met there because he transferred to A&M before I even met Jay.
Crystal and I met in college our freshman year. Our rooms were the hall from each other. By 2nd semester, we somehow convinced our roomates to move in with each other and we became roomates. We have 11 years of memories together and lots of inside jokes. We used to have workout sessions in the hallway of our dorm, stay up until 4:00 in the morning talking, attempt to be anorexic, layout all day on Saturdays, dream about being older and rich and going on spa vacations (we WILL do this one day), and watching Wedding Story on TLC. From being 18 years old and rushing to meet our dorm curfew each night, to being in each other's weddings, to having our baby girls in the same year. We're lifelong friends and I'm so excited to see her this weekend and make new memories with our little ones together. Full circle.
June 2007, both pregnant with our babies. Sometimes I miss being pregnant. Not enough to have another one right now, but it was just a time in my life when I felt beautiful because of life inside me. (even though this is the worst prego picture I ever took - no makeup, exhausted, hair not done and then I have to stand next to supermodel crystal - skinny bitch.)
Tell me these two cutie pies aren't going to have a blast together! I wonder how many wardrobe changes they'll go through for all the pictures we'll be taking.

It's so wonderful to regroup with a lifelong friend like that. It really is pretty amazing watching your little one make friends with one of your best friends.
Enjoy your girl time! So what's Jay gonna do?
Jay is going to cook us dinner and take pictures of the 4 of us, and maybe babysit if we get the urge to go shopping.
Yeah right. I'm sure he'll be at lowe's or home depot the entire weekend!
Can you believe it's been 11 years since we started college?? How is that possible?? Cute babies! Hope ya'll had a blast...
