shout out

I mentioned some things in my last blog about my husband and his family and I need to apologize for that because after reading it myself, it was quite a poor choice of words. I have since edited that post, but feelings were still hurt by my initial choice of words.

I do differ in opinion from MANY people about vaccinations - like nearly all of my friends and mainstream America!!! I know I don't have the popular opinion. That being said, my sister-in-law and her husband may have a different opinion than me, but they arrived at their decision where vaccines are concerned based on intelligent research. They are raising their son wonderfully. He is bright, smart, and cute as a button. We may not agree on every single issue, but both our children are healthy, loved, and cared for by parents who do what they think is best.

Sorry to anyone who I offend when I get a little too passionate about my own beliefs. There is more than one way to raise children and as long as your kids are loved, fed, and nurtured there is not a right or wrong. There is simply a different way for everyone and I apologize when things I say indicate that I disrespect any other way than mine.

Your such a great person, Julie. You are doing a great job of raising Brae and I know it's not easy being the minority. I'm coming in town in a few weeks and I would love to see you and Jay and finally meet that little angel of yours.

Thanks Amy. You have been such a great encouragement for me. You're example and the fact that Hunter is so healthy has given me so much confidence in being assured I'm doing the right things, even if there is opposition.
Can't wait to see you!!
